Payment for Events
Tithe.ly - You can now pay for youth events online using Tithe.ly. You can access Tithe.ly by clicking the button to the left. Please be sure to review the instructions before making your payment.
2. You can pay by placing it in one of the envelopes designated for contributions and then place it in the contribution box. Alternatively, you can slide the payment under Tyler's office door. Please ensure that the envelopes are labeled with the student's name and the event's name.
If your teenager attends a Cabot public school and you would like me to bring them a snack or drink when I visit for lunch, please fill out the digital permission form, print it, and then drop it off at the front desk of their school. Tap the picture icon to complete the digital form.

We need every family to complete the 2025 Travel/Medical Consent Form for their child(ren) who plan to participate in youth group activities. Please click on the image to the left to access the digital form.
(Forms expire at the end of the year regardless of completion date, requiring a new form for the new year.)
Extracurricular Activities upload - Please take a minute to let me know about your student's extracurricular activities. Due to the large number of students in the youth group, I cannot attend every event for each student in person. However, I make an effort to attend a few events throughout the year. This information will help me plan my schedule for the events I can attend. You can submit this form at any time throughout the year as some activities are exclusive to the fall, while others are exclusive to the spring.
